Thanks for choosing DJ Swivel products. Please read about our refund policy below.

Any purchases on djswivel.com are final. However, there are sometimes circumstances that make it necessary to refund a purchase, but the issue of a refund is always made at the discretion of the DJ Swivel Support team. All decisions made by the DJ Swivel Support team are final.

DJ Swivel will refund your full purchase price on orders where:

• Your bank account / PayPal account was illegally charged (fraud)
• The failure to run the plug-in is solely caused by DJ Swivel software
• You purchased a plug-in twice by accident

DJ Swivel does not refund products, which:

• Cannot be used by the customer due to hardware limitations
• Cannot be used by the customer due to software limitations
• Cannot be used by the customer due to insufficient knowledge / know-how
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago are not refundable

DJ Swivel does not refund products, if:

• You missed a special offer
• You found out about a discount after completing your order

We strongly encourage to check what hardware / software is required to use the plug-in. Any minimum hardware requirements to use the software can be found on the bottom of any product page. DJ Swivel doesn’t refund plug-ins which require other software to use.

DJ Swivel offers a 14 days, full access for free (“free trial”) for any plug-ins available at djswivel.com. We strongly advise downloading a free trial before purchasing any plug-in.
