Any products obtained from a third-party reseller should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased (subject to that retailers return policy). When contacting us for a refund, please include your registered email address, full name and purchase receipt. Failure to include one or more of these can result in denial or delay of your refund.

We’re constantly updating and improving our products. Some of these updates are minor bug fixes, and others are larger more feature driven updates. Periodically we will send out emails to users notifying of any major updates, and you can always review the details of each release version in your user account.

Our plugins support VST3 (64-bit) only, We do not support VST2 or earlier formats.

Of course. As soon as you purchase your plugin, simply enter your serial code we emailed you in the authorization window of the plugin, and once activated you will be all set to use the plugin offline. If you would like to authorize The Sauce offline please see our manual here for instructions.

The Sauce

Not at all. Simply enter the serial code we emailed to you (also found in your user account) in the activation window and you’re all set!

If you’re using a virtual machine or have multiple network adapters your license may not activate immediately. If this is the case please contact us here with your license code and we can manually alter your license for successful activation.

We have 2 resolution settings you can choose from. Simply open up The Sauce in your DAW and click on the Gear icon on the main interface. Once you are on the settings page, in the bottom right corner you will be able to choose between the 2 resolution sizes, HI and LO.

Each purchase of a DJ Swivel plugin includes 2 personal licenses, allowing users to install the plugin on 2 different machines. DJ Swivel plugins also include unlimited deactivations, allowing you to transfer the plugin to a new machine if desired.

To uninstall The Sauce on a Windows machine, you can delete the specific plug-in files at the following locations:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

To uninstall The Sauce on a Mac, you can delete the specific plug-in files at the following locations:

/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/
/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins/

Finally, if you also want to delete all data written by The Sauce, you can remove the following folders as well:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/The Sauce
