This record came together over 2015 and 2016, and included two of the biggest hits I’ve ever worked on – Closer, and Don’t Let Me Down. Closer turned into this massively unexpected success and managed to last 12 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and a record number of weeks at #1 on pop radio in America. And Don’t Let Me Down was a top 5 record which won a Grammy for best Dance Recording. I’m quite proud of this work, and more than just having a blast working with The Chainsmokers on it, I also learned a lot about trusting my instincs creatively.
