This remix for Rodeo was created to support the 3rd single of Lil Nas X's debut EP, 7. To me this was an incredible cultural moment, because it incorporated one of my favorite rappers of all time, Nas, who of course now shares a name with Lil Nas X. The song was debuted with a performance at the 62nd Grammy Awards, where both artists performed which made working on this record feel even more special.
